This research paper demonstrates the influence of the environment and nature reflected and presented in Sindhi poetry, which includes the overall qualities of naturalism. In folk poetry, one comes across a wide range of topics that illustrate the presence and portrayal of nature and aesthetics. Besides this, it may be said that the classical poets are the poets of nature because they beautifully speak about the beauty of nature and the universe. In this paper, I will discuss how in Sindh poetry, subjects relating to the prosperity of Sindh are linked to the reflections on naturalism. This nature-based reflection in Sindhi poetry includes a wide range of topics such as the natural resources of Sindh, mountains, deserts, birds, animals, flowers, and plants. This paper aims to fill the research gap in Sindhi language and literature on the topic of poetry and nature and aims to raise awareness of the influence of the environment and nature on Sindhi poetry.
