About the Journal
Sindhi Language Authority was established in 1991 as an autonomous institution for the purpose of learning, development and use of Sindhi language.
In addition to books on research in Sindhi language, the institution also publishes a six-monthly research journal "Sindhi Boli". The research journal was first published in 1994, and continued to be published intermittently due to administrative changes and its being published regularly since 2008.
The journal is being published according to the standards set by the Higher Education Commission for encouragement of academic search on sindhi language. In April 2020, this journal was approved by Higher Education Commission in Z category, later in 2021, 'Sindhi Boli’ journal was recognized in Y category.
The current chairman of the Sindhi Language Authority, Dr. Ishaq Samejo is the Chief Editor and Dr. Ahsan Danish is the Editor of this journal. The chief editor has formulated a clear and transparent policy to bring this journal on the par with other reputed national as well as International Journal. Mr. Shaukat Chachar handles the work of this section as sub editor.
